Abstract

The economy of Tana Tidung Regency based on the size of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at current prices in the third quarter of 2022 reached IDR 1.87 trillion and at constant 2010 prices reached IDR 1.01 trillion.
The economy of Tana Tidung Regency in the third quarter of 2022 compared to the previous quarter grew by 2.15 percent (q-to-q). From the production side, the highest growth was achieved by the Financial Services and Insurance business sector of 8.92 percent.
The economy of Tana Tidung Regency in quarter III-2022 compared to quarter III-2021 grew by 4.45 percent (y-on-y). From the production side, the Electricity and Gas Procurement business field experienced the highest growth of 19.58 percent.
The economy of Tana Tidung Regency in the I to III-2022 quarters against the I to III-2021 quarters experienced a growth of 4.47 percent (c-on-c). From the production side, growth was driven by growth in almost all business fields, the highest was achieved by the Electricity and Gas Procurement business field of 14.22 percent.
Spatially, the regional economic structure of North Kalimantan Province in the third quarter of 2022 is dominated by Tarakan City at 37.76 percent and the smallest is Tana Tidung Regency at 5.98 percent. The economic performance of Tarakan City was recorded as having the highest growth of 5.56 percent, while Tana Tidung Regency was in fifth position with a growth of 4.45 percent (y-on-y).
