Abstract

The economy of Tana Tidung Regency based on the amount of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) based on current prices in the fourth quarter of 2021 reached Rp1.74 trillion and based on constant 2010 prices reached Rp990.46 billion.
The economy of Tana Tidung Regency in the fourth quarter of 2021 compared to the previous quarter grew by 2.69 percent (q-to-q). In terms of production, the Electricity and Gas Procurement Business Field experienced the highest growth of 12.51 percent.
The economy of Tana Tidung Regency in the fourth quarter of 2021 against the fourth quarter of 2020 grew by 9.47 percent (y-on-y). In terms of production, the Mining and Quarrying Business Field experienced the highest growth of 17.90 percent.
The economy of Tana Tidung Regency in Quarter I to IV-2021 against Quarter I to I-2020 experienced a growth of 6.96 percent (c-to-c). In terms of production, the largest growth occurred in the Mining and Quarrying Business Field of 13.17 percent.
Spatially, the economic growth of North Kalimantan Province in the fourth quarter of 2021 (y-o-y) grew by 7.08 percent. The increase in growth was mainly due to the economic growth of all districts/cities. The highest growth occurred in Tana Tidung Regency at 9.47 percent; followed by Malinau Regency at 8.79 percent; Bulungan Regency 7.38 percent; Nunukan Regency is 6.79 percent; and Tarakan City is 6.49 percent.
