Economy of Tana Tidung Regency in Q4-2024: 4.83 Percent (Q-to-Q); 2.96 Percent (Y-on-Y); 3.57 Percent (C-to-C)

The economy of Tana Tidung Regency in 2024, based on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at current prices, reached IDR 9.29 trillion, while at constant 2010 prices, it amounted to IDR 4.34 trillion.

The economy of Tana Tidung Regency grew by 3.57 percent, slowing down compared to the 4.50 percent growth recorded in 2023 (c-to-c). From the production perspective, the highest growth was recorded in the Secondary Sector Business Field, with a growth rate of 11.33 percent. Meanwhile, from the expenditure perspective, the highest growth was observed in the Government Final Consumption Expenditure (GFCE) component, which increased by 13.83 percent.

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the economy of Tana Tidung Regency grew by 2.94 percent (y-on-y) compared to the fourth quarter of 2023. From the production side, the Secondary Sector Business Field experienced the highest growth, reaching 27.61 percent. Meanwhile, from the expenditure side, the Government Final Consumption Expenditure (GFCE) component recorded the highest growth at 26.42 percent.
