Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Tana Tidung Regency 2023

Republic of Indonesia Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Servicesregulates that every public service provider is obliged carry out evaluations of the performance of public service implementers. Wrong One form of evaluation is realized through administering a Satisfaction Survey Community (SKM) as regulated in the Ministerial Regulation Utilization of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of the Year 2017 concerning Guidelines for Preparing Unit Community Satisfaction Surveys Public Service Organizer.Central Statistics Agency (BPS), as one of the organizers public services that provide statistical data and information, on an ongoing basis strives to provide excellent service to consumers. BPS has organizes SKM regularly every year which is integrated into in Data Requirements Survey (SKD). This survey besides aims to get the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data services, too aims to identify data needs and satisfaction levels consumers regarding the quality of data produced by BPS.
