Development of Tourism in North Kalimantan Province, November 2024

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star-rated hotels and other accommodations in North Kalimantan Province in November 2024 was 40.91 percent, an increase of 1.60 points compared to the TPK in October 2024, which was 39.31 percent.

• The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star-rated hotels in North Kalimantan Province in November 2024 was 59.30 percent, an increase of 1.58 points compared to the TPK in October 2024, which was 57.72 percent.
• The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for non-star hotels/other accommodations in North Kalimantan Province in November 2024 was 36.72 percent, an increase of 2.17 points compared to the TPK in October 2024, which was 34.55 percent.
• The number of international tourist visits in November 2024 was recorded at 1,009 visits, a decrease of 104 visits compared to the previous month, which reached 1,113 visits.
• Cumulatively, the number of international tourists (wisman) visiting North Kalimantan in 2024 reached 13,701 visits.
