On May 16, 2025, the Tourism, Youth, and Sports Office of Tana Tidung Regency held the opening event of the 2025 Age Group Championship and a group exercise. This event took place at the Joesoef Abdullah RTH Field starting at 07:30 WITA until finished.

The Head of the BPS of Tana Tidung Regency, Achmad Sani Setiawan, was present and supported this positive activity. Hopefully, this championship will enhance the spirit of sports and togetherness among the community.
