Collaboration Between the Social Affairs Office and BPS Tana Tidung in Updating DTSEN

ana Tidung – The Social Affairs Office of Tana Tidung Regency, in collaboration with the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Tana Tidung Regency, is working together on updating the National Socio-Economic Single Data (DTSEN). As an initial step, BPS conducted a briefing for field officers to ensure better integration and validation of socio-economic data in accordance with Presidential Instruction No. 4 of 2025.

As part of its assistance efforts, BPS also provides direct guidance to field officers to ensure that data collection is conducted according to established procedures. This guidance includes evaluating data collection methods and coordinating with the Social Affairs Office to ensure that the collected data can be optimally utilized in the distribution of social assistance and the planning of regional economic policies.

Through close collaboration between BPS and the Social Affairs Office, the DTSEN update is expected to yield more accurate and reliable data. This data will serve as a crucial foundation for formulating well-targeted social and economic policies aimed at improving the welfare of the people of Tana Tidung Regency.
