BPS Kabupaten Tana Tidung Holds Regular Korpri Assembly, Emphasizes the Role of Data in Development

TANA TIDUNG – The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Tana Tidung Regency held a Regular Korpri Assembly on February 17, 2025, attended by all BPS personnel nationwide. In his speech, the Head of BPS expressed appreciation for the team's dedication in achieving the 2024 targets, including collaboration with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in the National Survey on Financial Literacy and Inclusion (SNLIK), which is targeted for completion by the end of February 2025. He also highlighted first-quarter activities for 2025, such as the National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) from February 8-28 and the March National Socioeconomic Survey (Susenas), which contribute to 45 key development indicators and 33 SDG indicators.

On this occasion, the Head of BPS emphasized the importance of professionalism and innovation in addressing increasingly complex statistical challenges. He expressed his hope that all BPS personnel would continue to work with high enthusiasm to produce accurate data that benefits national development. As the holy month of Ramadan approaches, he also conveyed prayers for all members to be granted health and blessings in carrying out their religious observances, as stated in the morning assembly speech, which was conducted simultaneously by all BPS offices across Indonesia, including Tana Tidung Regency.
